Registered Nurse - The Alice Center SNF

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join The Alice Center SNF at The University of Vermont Health Network. As part of our team, you will provide 24-hour nursing services and rehabilitation care to individuals in a warm and homely setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care with respect for privacy and dignity.
• Work in one of the six unique 'neighborhoods' offering personalized care.
• Provide care for residents in private or semi-private rooms with private bathrooms.
• Work either the 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. or 10 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. shifts.

Requirements

• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation care preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of residents and staff members.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
