Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Women and Children's Unit at The University of Vermont Health Network. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing collaborative, high-quality, and family-centered care to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of board-certified OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, experienced labor and delivery nurses, lactation consultants, and perinatal technicians.
Unit Details
The Women and Children's Unit comprises 4 LDRP suites with labor tubs, 6 inpatient rooms, 3 observation rooms, and a fully equipped Operating Room. Our unit's leadership is committed to fostering a dynamic environment that nurtures both the professional and personal growth of our team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to women and children in a collaborative healthcare setting.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Incentives
We offer a $10,000 RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions (pro-rated for part-time) and a 72/80 Benefit for full-time night shifts.
