Paradigm Rehab is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our compassionate team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals reconnect with their environment and enhance their quality of life through therapy.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Proficient in conducting home visit Physical Therapy assessments.
- Experience with EMR documentation is beneficial.
- CPR Certification.
