Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments, provide direct patient care, and assess medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
- CPR Certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay rates ranging from $70 to $90 per visit.
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and per diem.
- Choice of patient population (pediatrics or geriatrics), location, and hours for Occupational Therapists.
