Rental Quality Assurance Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Rental Quality Assurance Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting our vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards for customer rentals. Additionally, you will record vehicle information, assist customers, and facilitate the movement of cars within our facilities, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work outdoors and in varied shifts
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
