Rental Sales Agent

Job Description

We are hiring Rental Sales Agents to join our dynamic Avis Budget Group team. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will engage with customers at our airport rental counters, renting cars, selling products, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $14.25/hour with unlimited commission potential, including a minimum commission guarantee for the first two months.

Responsibilities

• Rent out cars and upsell products and services to enhance customer travel experiences.
• Process rental contracts efficiently while identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional and engaging personality with flexibility to work all shifts.
• Previous experience in real estate or retail sales is a bonus but not required.
