• Provide exemplary leadership to the team and set high standards for customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, and supervising employees.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
