Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead our Burger King team. As a pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, uphold high standards of customer service, and foster a positive work environment for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of managers and crew members to ensure operational excellence.

- Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, and employee supervision.
- Maintain strong vendor relations and address customer concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- 5 years of overall restaurant industry experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (preferred).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
