Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
