We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by efficiently performing merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning tasks. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and carrying out cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and follow company policies.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
