Job Description

Join ALDI as a Retail Sales Associate and play a key role in the day-to-day store operations. As a member of the ALDI team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its highest standards. Your focus on exceptional customer service will enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing various tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Assist customers, work collaboratively with the team, and provide feedback to the management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail operations and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience desired.
• Combination of education and experience appreciated.
