Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling customer purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory for accuracy and provide feedback on products and general issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
