Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products neatly and create appealing displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
