Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at Aldi as Retail Stockers. As a Retail Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, rotating products, creating attractive displays, and ensuring the store looks its best. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines for displays
• Organize inventory and handle empty boxes
• Operate machinery safely and follow procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Work well independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
