RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing and training a team to successfully execute projects within set timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team to deliver projects meeting client expectations.
• Conduct in-store audits to ensure project quality and completion according to specifications.
• Assist in project execution, including reading planograms, setting up fixtures, and operating equipment.
• Plan project workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and customers for successful execution.
• Provide performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology and software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant retail experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior supervisory experience with a team of 10-100 employees.
• Ability to work in office and field environments with extensive local travel.
• Physical ability to lift and move items, perform manual tasks, and drive as required.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills may be beneficial.
