RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects in a designated territory. Your role will involve training and developing team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality project execution.
• Conduct in-store audits to maintain quality standards and assist in project completion.
• Direct and participate in project work, including reading planograms, installing fixtures, and managing equipment.
• Plan project strategies, organize resources, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and customers, provide feedback, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology tools and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in retail management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior supervisory experience with a team.

Working Conditions

Office and field work environment with local travel. Position may involve physical demands such as standing, lifting, and driving.
