We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Treeo Senior Living as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building connections with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitate the sales process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs of prospects.
  • Lead guided tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Maintain the readiness of the community for tours by inspecting the building and model apartments regularly.
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing strategies through various channels.
  • Utilize Sherpa to manage prospect information effectively and conduct follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for sales and customer service.
  • Preference for candidates with at least two years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Compensation includes a base wage plus commission structure.
