Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and ensure top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is advantageous
