Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute cashiering duties and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and purchase transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment effectively and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
