Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to an exceptional shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Capable of multitasking, following instructions, and adhering to company policies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
