Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
