School- Based Occupational Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to join the Thrive Therapies Group team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with school partners and practitioners to evaluate student needs, develop intervention plans, and support the growth and development of diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess student needs and develop intervention plans.
• Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
• Provide feedback to educators and offer professional development to enhance student support.
• Lead the development and implementation of individualized education plans.

Requirements

• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and active TN State license.
• Experience working in a public school setting with diverse student populations.
• Pass a background check prior to employment.
• Fluency in Spanish, Somali, or Arabic is a plus.
