Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

TOYOTI1 is seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team. As a leading international tire manufacturing company with a global presence, Toyo Tires is dedicated to innovation, quality, and service excellence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about cost analysis and have a solid background in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for managing production costs. Fluent in Japanese is a must!
• Plan and oversee the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Assist departments in analyzing ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
• Contribute to the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
