Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. The ideal candidate will guide the development of these compounds from discovery through registration and post-marketing phases.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, review, and execute pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles for decision-making.
• Manage priorities effectively and seek solutions for conflicts.
• Build and lead a talented pharmacometrics team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high scientific standards.
• Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in drug development and regulatory interactions.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using common pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in managing people and building collaborations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.
