Salary Range: $220,000-$330,000
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to provide strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting small and large molecule compounds in oncology from discovery through post-marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and oversee pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
- Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
- Manage conflicting priorities, operational infrastructure, and talent development within the team.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and drive a culture of transparency and innovation.
- Represent Jazz Pharmaceuticals in regulatory interactions and contribute to the evaluation of in-licensing candidates.
Requirements
- PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
- Proven leadership in pharmacometrics team building and management.
- Proficiency in quantitative analyses using NONMEM, R, and other common pharmacometrics software.
- Extensive understanding of global regulatory requirements and experience in regulatory interactions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
