Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Manager of Field Analytics and Operations to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the Sleep Business Unit within the US Business Operations and Analytics department. Your key responsibilities will include field target planning, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, and implementing data and technology solutions for the field force.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
- Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools.
- Create and manage sales force reporting and analysis through data platforms and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Drive projects to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to improve business analytics and technology capabilities.
Required Skills
- Experience with pharmaceutical data tools such as IQVIA and Symphony.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
