We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assign positions based on the positioning chart.
• Oversee the kitchen pace for efficient ticket times.
• Maintain appropriate prep levels and avoid food shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating of all food items.
• Coordinate break schedules.
• Work with the Shift Lead/General Manager to boost team morale.
• Enforce safety procedures.
• Ensure completion of checklists and prep lists.
