Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges from financial concerns to discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
- Address adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
- Assist with discharge planning and provide counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
