Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services to patients and their families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide support to patients and families.
- Assist with discharge planning and offer counseling services.
- Address issues related to aging, family dynamics, and medical treatments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
