Job Description

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of the SOCIAL WORK-HOSPITAL team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Offer support to patients and families facing various challenges, including adjustment issues, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling.
  • Assist in discharge planning and provide guidance on navigating medical procedures and diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
