SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker (PRN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various common problems such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life planning.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Assist patients and families in coping with medical diagnoses and treatments.
• Provide counseling on aging, end-of-life care, discharge planning, and related topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
