Job Description

We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. The role involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Address issues related to adjustment, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Provide counseling on topics like aging and death.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
