Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This position is PRN (as needed) in Allied Health at Levindale Hospital. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counseling to patients and families facing various challenges related to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, medical diagnoses, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life issues.

Requirements

  • Basic professional knowledge, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
