Job Description

We are currently looking for a PRN (As Needed) Social Worker to join our compassionate team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families, addressing a range of issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling for end-of-life matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
