SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of the allied health team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and offer counseling on a range of issues.
• Assist in discharge planning and support families through difficult transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• Licenses: LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
