Responsibilities
- Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of the sterilization process and report abnormalities.
- Participate in receiving and reprocessing of loaner and consignment sets.
- May train new staff or OR staff cross-training to Sterile Processing.
- Support surgical services with other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: CRCST or CSPDT or CST certificate.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
