Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a crucial member of our evening shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of surgical instruments and patient care equipment.
Responsibilities
- Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sterilization processes and report any issues to leadership.
- Participate in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
- Assist in training new staff or cross-training OR staff in Sterile Processing.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Preferred: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
