We are looking for a dedicated Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As part of our hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and actively engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Document sterilization processes accurately and report any issues promptly.
• Participate in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• May act as a preceptor to new staff or provide training to OR staff transitioning to Sterile Processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferably holds a CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
