Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier at Aldi. As part of our collaborative environment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report inventory issues and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills and effective time management.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
