Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier at ALDI. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. As a Stocker, you will be stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a well-organized store layout. Both roles involve collaboration with team members, upholding security measures, and following company procedures.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Maintain clean store and report product issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Stocker Responsibilities:
• Stock and rotate products for freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines and organize inventory
• Operate machinery safely and follow procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt customer service
• Effective communication and team skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable
