Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in inventory management and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
