Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the team
- Report product issues to management and assist in inventory counts
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
