Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
