Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to undergo comprehensive training to lead and manage store operations effectively. Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
  • Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $119,000 (salary and bonus included, may vary by location)

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Implement company strategies and values to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Manage customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure store presentation and product quality standards are maintained.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.
  • Prepare schedules and oversee staffing levels.

  • Monitor store budgets and inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
