Job Description

Arnold Motor Supply, a leading distributor and retailer of automotive parts and accessories, is seeking a dedicated Store Manager for one of its 70 Midwest locations. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationships between our associates and customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maximize store sales and financial performance.
  • Hire, train, and develop customer-focused associates.
  • Manage inventory levels and store merchandising.
  • Implement and oversee safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, store finances, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about fulfilling customer needs and providing exceptional service.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, ideally with auto parts background.
  • Excellent communication skills and people engagement abilities.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and extended time on feet.
  • Ability to operate a computer and phone effectively.
