Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its best appearance and delivers exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
