Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
