Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a company known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively.
• Work with the team and management to provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
