Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this position, you will collaborate with team members, handle cashiering duties, and actively contribute to the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support the shopping experience for customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
