Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and secure confidential information.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
